Village Information

Boxworth is an attractive small village located approximately 8 miles from Cambridge and offers convenient access to both the A14 and A428 roads.

There are approximately just over 100 houses in the village which features a whole range of different property types but includes many attractive period and individual homes.

The village boasts a popular privately owned pub/hotel called the Golden Ball which is believed to have been built in the 16th Century.

Another historical building in the village is St Peters Church which is a Grade II listed building believed to be of Norman origin.

It is very close to large superstores in both Bar Hill and Cambourne with a large range of facilities and the school catchment falls under the Elsworth primary school and the Swavesey village college, both of which are very highly regarded.
