THE EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICE (ERS)

JSM have launched a new and important service to Landlords whose properties the Company manages under the Gold and Platinum Services.

The ERS is a service contract between the Company and our Clients where for those participating within the scheme unexpected and unwanted emergency call out and repair charges should disappear.

JSM guarantee to pay on behalf of participating Landlords up to £750 per emergency call out regardless of how many emergencies there are at a property over a twelve month period. For a nominal charge Equating to just £2.15 per week (£95.00 plus VAT Per annum) Landlords can rest easy in the knowledge that most emergencies occurring at their property will not cost them a penny.

< Back 		The scheme is designed to work hand in hand with Landlords own Insurance Policies and is not meant to replace current insurance cover. JSM will undertake to liase with Landlords Insurance Companies should a potential claim arise. The ERS will cover in most cases the excess on Landlords Insurance Policies as well as covering many non-claimable incidents, which may cost the Landlord significant sums of money.
