JSM Financial Management, centralised at our Woodbridge Head Office, is responsible for the collection and payment to Landlords of all rents collected. This is a very busy department dealing with over £70 million per annum of clients monies coming into and out of our clients accounts.

The rent department is headed up by Sarah Ward who has worked for JSM for over ten years. Sarah is supported within the Clients financial department by Angie Carpenter and Noleen Morsner.

Louise Mills has overall responsibility for all financial matters within the company and splits her time between Woodbridge and Cambridge.
