Location

Ashley is a small village set in attractive countryside on the Cambridge/Suffolk border. The village has regular bus service into the historic horse racing town of Newmarket, approximately 4 miles away. The university city of Cambridge is just over 13 miles away and the market town of Bury St Edmunds just over 14 miles, both easily accessible via the A14.

For commuters there is a branch line connection from Newmarket to Cambridge and Ipswich. Cambridge and Whittlesford Parkway offer direct rail lines into London, with Cambridge North Station and the fastest trains taking under one hour. Stansted International Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive away.

Ashely is a highly desirable village set in rolling countryside. The village is adjacent to the Suffolk boundary and has close ties to Newmarket. The older core of attractive flint buildings is covered by a Conservation Area.
